TrustlineAX is the data controller. We decide why and how the personal data described here is processed.

Sensitive data notice: under Article 4.1(l) of Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, data tracking online behaviour may be classed as sensitive personal data. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the website and measure our ads, not to identify you individually. You can block its collection by disabling cookies in your browser (see section 4).
We do not ask for identity documents or financial account details through this website. Please do not send them through the contact form.

We send marketing messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Processing without consent: where the law allows, such as performing a contract with you, meeting a legal obligation, responding to a competent authority or an emergency threatening life or health, we may process data without asking for further consent.
If you do not provide data: we may be unable to answer your enquiry or provide our services. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies has no effect on your use of the website.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your use of the site or your ability to contact us. See also the Google Privacy Policy. We do not use session-recording tools.

Website hosting, contact forms and email. They act only on our instructions.
Analytics and advertising measurement tools. Data may be processed in the USA and elsewhere.

Where required by law or by a competent authority.
When data leaves Vietnam, we use only providers with data protection commitments and meet our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Law. We never buy or sell personal data.

Security and possible risks
- HTTPS encryption across the whole site.
- Access to enquiry data limited to staff who need it.
- If a data breach occurs, we notify the competent authority and affected people within the time limits set by law.
Possible risks and unintended consequences: no system is completely secure. Data could be accessed without authorisation through a cyberattack or a service provider failure, which could lead to spam or impersonation scams. We reduce these risks with the measures above, and we never ask you to transfer money or share passwords by email or message.
This website is intended for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Third-party channels and links
When you contact us via WhatsApp, Zalo or Facebook, or follow a link to another website, that platform also processes your data under its own policy. We do not control that processing. Choose the channel that suits you; email or our website form are always available.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law or our processing changes. The latest version is always on this page with its update date. If a material change affects your consent, we will ask again.
